Joel R. Jimenez, 70, of Whiting passed away Saturday, September 2, 2023. Joel worked for FedEx, Robbinsville before retiring. Joel was born in Harlingen, Texas, and resided in Ohio, and Aurora, Colorado before moving to Whiting 30 years ago. Joel was an avid sportsman. He loved the Bronco’s, Yankees, and golf. He was a collector of coins, Matchbox cards, and sports memorabilia. Joel was a fantastic husband and friend who was loved for his sense of humor and making everybody  laugh. Joel is survived by his wife, Connie of 37 years, 2 stepsons, Philip Aumack and his wife, Gail of Brick, Michael Aumack, and his wife, Michele of Lakehurst, 2 brothers, George Jimenez of Stow, Ohio, Gilbert Jimenez of Denver, Colorado, his sister, Yvonne Crespin of Longmont, Colorado, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
