David Wills, 67, of Toms River, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025. David was a dedicated molding mechanic for Spectrum Plastics Group in Wall Township, where he worked for many years. Born in Irvington, he lived in Neptune before settling in Toms River 20 years ago.
David attended St. Justin the Martyr Parish in Toms River. David was also an associate member of the Fleet Reserve Association Branch 124 in Lakehurst, serving as their DJ for a decade. His passion for football was evident—he was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. David also found joy in music, especially the works of the Beatles and John Lennon.
Above all, David cherished his family. He was a loving husband, father, and brother, known for his humor and warm spirit. His legacy is carried on by his beloved wife, Marylou; his daughters, McKenna Wills and Shayne Ocampo; his son, CJ Ocampo; and his brothers, Bob Wills and Donald Wills. He is predeceased by his two brothers, Ray Wills and Paul Wills.
A memorial gathering will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 4-6pm with a religious service at 5:15pm at DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, 119 Union Avenue, Lakehurst, N.J. 08733. David’s memory will be cherished always by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
