Susan L. Clarke, M. DIV, 72, of Whiting passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Susan worked in the collection department of WWRD, USA, LLC, Wall Twp. before retiring. Susan received her master’s degree in divinity from Yale University in 2005.

Born in Charlottesville, VA, she resided in New Haven, CT before moving to Whiting in 2007. Susan was an active member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and served as a lay eucharist minister, licensed worship leader, and liturgical trainer and co-coordinator.

Susan was predeceased by her parents Ernest and Virginia Clarke. Susan is survived by her brothers William Clarke and his wife, Arlene, David Clarke and his wife, Kimberly, 3 nieces Jessica, Alison, Christina and great-nephews and niece Daniel, Everleigh, and Oliver.

Memorial service 11am Saturday, April 11, 2026, at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 180 Route 539, Whiting with interment in their memorial garden. Repast to follow.
