Maria M. Capote, 80, of Manchester Twp. passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Maria worked for Merck & Co., Kenilworth for many years before retiring.
Born in Havana, Cuba, she came to the United States in 1969. Maria resided in Elizabeth and Colonia before moving to Manchester Twp in 2017.
Maria was predeceased by her brother Paulino Capote. Maria is survived by her friend Helen Haycock, several other friends, and extended family members in Florida, Cuba, and Brazil.
Entombment 11am Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge.
Rest in peace, Maria…There is comfort knowing that your health struggles are behind you now. I am sure Helen and Noah feel your loss and my heart and condolences go out to them.
