Roberto Fernandini, 90, of Jackson Twp. passed away Friday, September 4, 2026. Roberto worked for McGraw Hill Publishing Co., Hightstown for 36 years before retiring. Born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, he resided in North Brunswick before moving to Jackson Twp. 33 years ago.

Roberto served in the U.S. National Guard from 1954-1956. Roberto was a musician and played with the band Gary Chriss and the Crystals for many years. He was an avid Yankees fan and was on bowling leagues, softball leagues, and volleyball leagues. He was also an usher for Lakewood Blue Claws Stadium for 6 years.

Roberto was predeceased by his brother Walter Fernandini and sister Wilhelmina Weckley. Roberto is survived by his loving wife Wendy of 38 years, his son Robert of Jackson Twp., his daughter McKenna of Jackson Twp., his brother Wilfredo (Fred) of Clearwater, FL., and 2 nephews John and Marcos.
