Deborah A. Nicorvo (18Dec.1953-9Feb.2024) 70, of Jackson Twp. passed away at home on Friday. Born in Perth Amboy, she grew up in Cliffwood Beach, resided in Laurence Harbor before living in Jackson. She was married for 31yrs. Beloved Mother, Wife, Sister, Grandmother, Aunt and Friend. Awesome to the Core. She was a US Marine wife, mother and sister, dedicated worker in which she worked at Shop Rite as a cashier for 15yrs retiring in 2021, a fun-loving friend, fierce competitor given her Royal Greek-Italian Blood, absolute lover of animals and passioned lover of music especially Country, the kind of lady who was “Country When Country Wasn’t Cool”. She raised a son to be a Corrections Officer and a daughter to be a Financial Officer. She was patient, honest, & well meaningful. Diehard Dallas Cowboys Fan, Cheered the NY Yankees, and Rooted for the NY Rangers. An encouraging, hard charging, telling it like it is woman. In Short she is/was as of then and forevermore, a lady worth remembering, Heart and All. Deborah was predeceased by her brother Thomas Clayton. Deborah is survived by her husband Angelo Nicorvo, Jr., her sons Anthony Jacobs and his wife, Tara, Mark Nicorvo, daughters Dawn Jacobs, Cristy McCullough, Lori Vogel and her husband Jacob, her sister Linda Nicorvo, her brother Edward Clayton, her best friend Doris Aber, 7 grandchildren, Madison Jacobs, Anthony Jacobs, Jr., Elyce Bonder, Skyler McCullough, Jared McCullough, Mackenzie Hatfield, Brody Vogel, and many extended family members and friends. Memorial gathering 2-4pm Saturday, February 17, 2024, at DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, 119 Union Ave., Lakehurst.
