Dorothea V. Williamson, 102, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Dorothea was born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She lived most of her life in Fanwood before retiring with her husband Russell to Beech Creek, Pennsylvania. They enjoyed many wonderful years in PA. Dorothea was a lifetime member of the Woodmen of the World and active in the Beech Creek American Legion Women’s Auxiliary. They returned to NJ in 2011 and settled in Whiting near family. Dorothea was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Russell, her 10 siblings and her daughter, Cynthia. She is survived by 2 daughters, Debra L. Blair, and JoAnne L. Dabreau, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation 10am-12pm Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, 119 Union Ave., Lakehurst with interment to follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
