Hugh T. Morgan, (Tom) 90, of Manchester Twp., NJ died unexpectedly at home Friday, January 3, 2025,. Born in Atlanta, GA, he lived in various states and countries due to his fathers military career and his own military career. A decorated war veteran, Hugh served in the U.S. Army from 1953-1975 retiring as a Major. After retiring from the military, he was the manager of Friendly’s Ice Cream, Toms River, NJ for many years before retiring in 1996. Hugh was predeceased by his parents Lt. Col. Carl L. Morgan and Bernice Morgan, and his grandson Sean M. Walsh. Hugh is survived by his wife Diane, of 50 years, his sons Thomas Morgan and his wife, Christina of Auburn, NY, Timothy Morgan and his wife, Sandra of Miami Lakes, FL, his daughters Sharon McNeil and her husband, Kenneth of Cortland, NY, Cheryl Walsh and her partner Rolando Wehbe of San Jose, CA, 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
