Tameerah Worthington, 36, of Asbury Park, New Jersey passed away on February 10, 2026, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, Tameerah also lived in Mullica Hill and Vineland, NJ before making Asbury Park her home five years ago. Tameerah’s mother, Deloreese Worthington, predeceased her.

She leaves behind her children Jelani Handy, Se’ani Worthington, Ahmani Worthington, Princess Kah’mani Carpenter, Kingtahborn Carpenter, and Kinghasim Carpenter, as well as her father, Elijah Muhammad, brothers, Al Tamir Worthington, Nafeez Kleineweber, Keon Kleineweber, and Denzel James.
