Barbara E. Chicarielli, 83, of Whiting, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025. Barbara was a self-employed underwriter for numerous mortgage companies prior to her retirement. Born in Rahway, she resided in Jackson and Warrenton, North Carolina before settling in Whiting in 2017.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank Chicarielli, Sr., in 2022; her son, Frank Chicarielli, Jr., in 2020; and her brother, Donald Neill, in 2015. Barbara is survived by her devoted daughter, Christina (Tina) Maikisch, and her husband, Eric, of Lakehurst; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Briann and her husband, Shawn and Dylan.

A memorial gathering will be held 4-8pm Monday, December 1, 2025, and 9:30-10:30am Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, 119 Union Avenue, Lakehurst with interment immediately following at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
