Jane C. Fitterer, 76, of Leisure Knoll, Manchester Twp. passed away Thursday, April 16, 2026.
Born in Orange, she resided in East Orange and Oceanport before moving to Manchester Twp. in 2005. Jane attended St. Justin the Martyr R.C. Church, Toms River. Jane loved her grandkids and enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and neighbors.
Jane was predeceased by her siblings, Michael Hagan, James Hagan, Mary Gray, and Carol Troisi. Jane is survived by her loving husband Edmund of 53 years, her sons, Edmund F. Fitterer, Jr. and his wife, Nancy of Ocean Twp., Thomas J. Fitterer and his wife, Pamela of Ocean Twp., her daughter Jaclyn S. Worthley and her husband, Bryan of Toms River, her brothers Howard Hagan and his wife, Anita of Franklin, TN, John Hagan and his wife, Renee of West Orange, 6 grandchildren Anthony and his wife, Chloe, Tyler, Isabella, Brielle, Emma, and Quinn, and her great-grandson Hunter.
Visitation 4-8pm Monday, April 20, 2026, and 10-11am Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, 119 Union Ave., Lakehurst. Burial to follow at St. Anne’s Cemetery, Wall Twp. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Jane’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
