Frank B. Rubino, 81, of Whiting passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Frank was a self employed auto parts salesman for many years before retiring.

Born in Belfast, Ireland, he came to the United States and lived most of his life in Irvington, NJ before retiring to Browns Mills, NJ and subsequently settling in Whiting, NJ. Frank proudly served in the U.S. Army. Frank was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton R.C. Church, Whiting.

Frank is survived by his daughter, Ann Goger of Charlottesville, VA, 3 grandchildren, Regan Goger-Arriza and her husband, Alex, Riley A. Goger, and Mackenzie M. Goger.

Visitation 10:30am-12:30pm Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, 119 Union Ave., Lakehurst followed by interment at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in his memory to your local veterans organization.
