Vincent J. Finlay, 89, of Leisure Village West, Manchester Township, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024. Vincent was a computer salesman for Data General Corp., Westborough, MA for many years before retiring. Born in New York City in 1935, he resided in Flanders, NJ before moving to Manchester Township ten years ago. Vincent was a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School and received his BS degree from New York University. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1954-1957. Vincent was a parishioner of St. Luke R.C. Church, Toms River. Active in his community, he belonged to West Village Players club and television studio, nature club, current events, veterans club, and computer club. He was also a member of the Democratic Club of Flanders. Vincent was predeceased by his sisters Marie Conroy and Josephine Sopis. He is survived by his wife Arlene of 63 years, his sons John of Chicago, IL; Kevin of Newhall, CA; Christopher and his wife, Cate of Jackson, WY; and two grandchildren Myles and his finance Emily Schneider, and Colin and his wife Sarah.   A private interment was held at Brigadier General William C Doyle Veterans Cemetery.  A  Memorial Mass will be held 10:30am Friday, June 21, 2024, at St. Luke R.C. Church, 1674 Old Freehold Rd., Toms River.
