Laurence R. Kleinman, 86, of Jackson Twp. Went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Laurence was vice president of data processing for B. Moss Clothing, Ltd., Secaucus for many years before retiring. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he grew up in Kew Gardens Queens and resided in Plainsboro, NJ before moving to Jackson Twp. 18 years ago.

Laurence was a member of The McFossils, and The Church of Grace and Peace, Toms River where he served as an usher.

Laurence was predeceased by his first wife Arlene Tatar Sanz, his second wife Sally Ann Kleinman, his son Jonathan Kleinman, his daughter Susan Kovacik, and his sister Beth Goldman. Laurence is survived by his wife Alexis Kleinman, 2 sons; Marc Kleinman and his wife, Clare of New Oxford, PA, Tom Kleinman and his wife, Tammy of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, his daughter; Terri Kuklinski and her husband, Jeff of Barto, PA, his daughter-in-law; Greta Jo Payne of Cape May Courthouse, his stepson; Michael Kretzmer and his wife, Jessie of Merchantville, his stepdaughter; Rachel Little and her husband, Nick of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 19 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

The family will be sitting Shiva on Sunday, September 27th from 1-4 pm at the Kleinman home in Jackson, NJ.

Services will be on Monday, September 28, 2026, at DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, 119 Union Ave., Lakehurst, NJ. Visitation is from 11-12 with services immediately after. Interment to follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
